Terms of Service
--GENERAL GUIDELINES--◆ You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my terms of service by commissioning me.
◆ Displayed prices are applicable for personal use only.
◆ More Complex, More will be charged.
◆ I retain all rights to my work, including but not limited to distribution, reproduction, copying, and using images as samples for sales or self-promotion.
◆ I do NOT permit the use of my artwork for NFTs.
◆ Additionally, I do not permit the use of my artwork to train or utilize AI generators in any form.
◆ Please communicate clearly and respectfully.--CUSTOMER USE--◆ The commissioner has the following rights:
+ Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
+ Share or repost the artwork anywhere, provided proper credit is given.
+ Print the artwork for personal use, unless paid the commercial rate fee.◆ The following actions are considered copyright infringement:
+ Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.
+ Claiming the artwork as your own.
+ Altering the artwork without my consent.--PAYMENT--◆ I accept payment through Gcash, Vgen, and PayPal Invoice.
+ For PayPal payments, an invoice will be issued.
+ For Gcash payments, please send a screenshot of your receipt.◆ Payment could be:
+ Upfront before starting OR 50% after approved sketch & 50% after finished product. [Will only send watermarked art piece if not fully paid]◆ For commissions over $100, payment plans are available.
◆ !Rush Fee: If you need your commission prioritized!
we can discuss a rush fee via DM. Please mention this as soon as possible.
◆ Please provide a realistic deadline for your commission.--RIGHTS RATES--◆ Personal rights are included at no extra charge.
◆ Private rights cost an additional 50% of the final quote price.
◆ Commercial rights are determined on a case-by-case basis, starting at an additional 200%.--REFUNDS AND CANCELLING--◆ Refunds are not available once I have started working on your commission.
◆ If I am unable to complete the commission for any unjustifiable reason, you will receive a full refund.
◆ If commission is canceled once work has started, a partial payment reflecting the work completed to date will still be required.--DELIVERY TIME / TURNAROUND TIME--Commission may take after sketch approval: 2 WEEKS TO 2 MONTHS◆ The delivery time depends on prompt responses to my inquiries. Delays may occur if responses are delayed.
◆ Delays may also arise due to factors such as the order of commissions, complexity, health issues, work, school, or family matters. If any delays occur, you will be notified.--OTHER INFORMATION--◆ Please provide references.
◆ Inform me as soon as possible if you have specific size, resolution, or color mode requirements. Changes may not be possible once the file is created and work has begun.
◆ A general description of the commission is required.
◆ Revision is possible once received the sketch. After that, You are only allowed to have 3 revisions. Otherwise, you will be charged $5-20 each changes depending on the complexity.
◆ Final png will be sent through Email OR GDrive Link
◆ If I have permission to post on social media, I’ll put a special watermark on it.
◆ If the client requests a major or complete overhaul of the scene, they will be charged accordingly.
◆ If the client requests a scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, they'll be charged again.
◆ Any mistakes on my part will be fixed at no additional cost.
